Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched directly from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address, across our network of five Australian locations — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Shipping rates
1–3 business days metro. Regional areas may vary.
1–3 business days metro. Up to 25kg per consignment.
Next business day delivery to most metro areas.
Free shipping threshold: Orders over $500 (inc GST) qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Australia. Excludes oversize items over 25kg and some bulky goods.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the courier. Orders placed before 3:30pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Metro areas typically receive next or same-day delivery on Priority Air and 1–3 days on Standard. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
PO Boxes
Some items can be shipped to PO boxes. However, for reliable service and security, we suggest having your items delivered direct to a street address. Contact us at contact@asect.com.au before ordering if your address is a PO box.
Split shipments
If your order contains items stocked across multiple warehouses, they may be dispatched separately at no additional charge. You may receive more than one tracking number.
