Ubiquiti POE-48-24WG | 48V PoE Adapter

A single-port 48 V PoE injector for powering a UniFi device at a location where there's no PoE switch nearby.

Why this one

• Runs at 48 V DC, which is the standard voltage for most UniFi access points and cameras, so it works without a voltage mismatch at the device end.
• Gigabit LAN passthrough means your data connection doesn't bottleneck at the injector — full-speed traffic passes alongside the power feed.
• Built-in surge and clamping protection adds a layer of defence for the device you're powering, which matters when the injector is sitting at a wall outlet exposed to the mains.

Good fit if you need to power a single UniFi access point, camera or other PoE device from a standard power outlet, and adding a PoE switch isn't practical or warranted for that location.

Worth considering something else if you're powering more than one device at a single location — a UniFi PoE switch such as the USW-LITE-8-POE makes more sense than multiple individual injectors, and gives you centralised management alongside the power.

What you'll also need

Cat5e or better to the device you're powering, and a standard 230 V wall outlet at the injector location — the PoE device itself connects at the other end of the run.
