Why this one

• CMR (riser) rating means it meets the fire-spread requirements for running cable vertically between floors inside a building, which plain indoor cable does not.
• The anti-crosstalk divider separates each twisted pair, which reduces signal interference between pairs on long runs — relevant wherever you're pushing higher data rates through structured cabling.
• Buying cable from the same ecosystem as your switches and access points keeps your infrastructure under one support umbrella and one order.

Good fit if you're pulling structured cabling inside a commercial or multi-storey building and need riser-rated Cat6 cable that can support high-speed Ethernet throughout.

Worth considering something else if the run goes outdoors or through an exposed conduit — CMR-rated cable is not rated for outdoor use, and you'll need a gel-filled or UV-stabilised outdoor cable instead.
