Why this one

Worth considering something else if your PoE load is heavy: the 95W total is shared across all 16 PoE+ ports, so a mix of power-hungry devices like the U6 Enterprise and PTZ cameras can exhaust it quickly — the USW-48-POE carries a higher aggregate PoE budget and more ports for larger deployments.
What you'll also need
A UniFi gateway or Dream Machine to manage the switch through UniFi Network, Cat5e or better to each PoE device, and a 1U rack space — the switch ships with rack ears and mounts to depths between 400mm and 1,200mm.
