Ubiquiti UACC-PANICBAR | Door Access Panic Bar

A single-latched panic bar for emergency exit doors in a UniFi Access installation, where push-to-exit egress is required and door position needs to be reported back to the system.

Why this one

• The dry-relay output (30V DC, 1A) reports bar position to your access controller, so you get a real-time signal whenever the door is pushed open — not just a dumb mechanical bar.
• Non-handed and reversible for all functions and trims, so the same unit installs on left- or right-hand doors without needing to specify at the time of ordering.
• Aluminium and stainless steel construction meets ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 and UL 305 certification, which are the ratings most commercial and institutional projects require for panic hardware.
• Fits metal or wood doors 44–51 mm thick across a standard 3-foot door width, covering the typical single-leaf commercial door without modification.

Good fit if you're building out a UniFi Access installation on a commercial site where emergency exits need push-to-exit hardware and door-open events must feed back into access logs.

Worth considering something else if your exit doors fall outside the supported width or thickness range specified in the product data sheet, as this bar is rated for standard commercial door sizes only and there is no wider or narrower variant in the catalogue.

What you'll also need

A UniFi Access hub or controller (such as the UA-G2-SK or UA-G3-SK) to receive the door position signal, a qualified person to fit the bar to the door frame, and two-conductor wiring run back to the dry-relay terminals — the bar does not ship with cable.
